We are now looking for you to work as a housing supervisor in our operations within the functional rights unit. The work involves varying working hours according to a schedule that is allocated during the day, evening, overnight, and weekends.

In the role of housing supervisor at group housing, service housing, housing support, or short-term accommodation, you support individuals in practical tasks, leisure activities, personal care, and social contacts. You provide care, support, and service to the individual in daily life.

You will

• Create conditions for a meaningful everyday life where the individual's own resources are utilized
• Work to maintain the individual's abilities, health, and quality of life
• Promote a safe and meaningful existence where the individual's needs are at the center and guide your work.
• Work to preserve and develop the individual's resources, and we want you, like us, to see opportunities instead of obstacles
• Document in specific operational systems
• Work according to implementation plans
• Actively participate in quality and development work
• Perform health and medical care interventions by delegation
• Work based on set goals for the operation and the individual
• Collaborate in the joint care and support work

You must

• Have a nursing assistant education or care education, or other education/experience that the employer assesses as equivalent.
• Ability to support, plan, and carry out activities
• Understanding of each individual's care needs
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Good computer skills

For work within social psychiatry/LSS, a criminal record extract is required.

It is meritorious if you also have

• Knowledge of alternative communication methods
• Knowledge of the salutogenic approach
• Knowledge of various diagnoses
• Experience working in social psychiatry/LSS
• Experience in similar assignments and knowledge of working with individuals and groups
• Knowledge and experience of documentation such as daily notes in social documentation and health and medical documentation in Treserva.
